In 2007, Grange Management (Holdings) Ltd purchased a freehold warehouse with associated offices in The Limes, Ingatestone, Essex. Wickes and Aldi
Telford, Shropshire.
Construction of this store was completed in January 2011 and comprises a very prominent purpose built retail warehouse of some 32,000 sq ft. The building is semi-detached, sharing the site with an Aldi supermarket. Parking facilities for both units total 175 spaces. The Aldi store amounts to approximately 17,000 sq ft. Aldi purchased a 125 year lease at a peppercorn rent in 2011. The Group purchased the entire investment in June 2011. - Lease Expiry: 30th January 2031

Aston Martin
Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
The former petrol station adjoining the Jaguar dealership was purchased in 1999. Substantial alterations were carried out in 2003/2004 which included lifting the roof on what had been a workshop, removing most of the internal walls, and the incorporation of luxury finishes. Design was by the Unwin Jones Partnership of Carlisle, and the works were carried out by Davlyn Construction Ltd of Derby.

Jaguar
Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
A long lease was purchased by the Group in 1986, with the existing showroom and workshop building on the site. At the time it was used as a Renault dealership, but after an extensive re-furbishment it opened as a Jaguar dealership. It still has the same occupier and use. Subsequent developments at the site include the purchase of the freehold, by The Grange Trust, from the New Towns Commission and the construction of a free standing valeting bay. One of the longest held properties of the Group, this building has a very prominent location approximately half a mile from junction 28 of the M25. Formerly a BP petrol station, the site was acquired in 1994. It is located in a high profile position just half a mile from junction 28 of the M25. Planning permission was obtained to demolish the existing buildings and construct a car dealership. A single span building was constructed and used for the sale of Saab cars until 2003. Permission was then obtained for change of use to enable the site to be occupied by the current under-tenant. The site area is approximately a quarter of an acre.

Wickes
Brentwood, Essex.
This site was purchased in 1976 from the local Ford dealer. Not long after its acquisition, the Ford dealership had a change of mind and decided to rent most of the site back. Eventually it was decided that better use could be made of the site and planning permission was sought to build an out of town store on the site. Permission was gained, at Appeal. The building is a single span building of approximately 26,000 sq ft and parking for over 140 cars. It enjoys a prominent position just half a mile from junction 28 of the M25, and is the only retail warehouse in Brentwood. - Lease Expiry: 23nd June 2025

The development was carried out by Bournelodge (Romford) Ltd, with the units occupied by Toolstation being completed in July 2007. This is a site of approximately 1.38 acres. It was originally purchased so that a new car dealership could be built and then occupied by a previously owned subsidiary company. When the subsidiary was sold, there was no longer a requirement for the dealership. Contracts were signed in March 2013 for the construction and lease of a new dealership for Lancaster Plc on the site. The property was completed on 19th December 2014 and occupied almost immediately.
