The Grange Group is based in Ingatestone, Essex.
The group holds a portfolio of commercial properties nationally. These properties are let to major distribution, franchise holding and retailing companies.
The group has a long history in property management and development, gaining considerable experience in multi-million pound projects.
The founding member of the group was Grange Motors (Brentwood) Ltd, Company number 616119. This company was formed in December 1958 to acquire the business founded by Frederick Chambers in 1956. This company was subsequently purchased by Grange Management (Holdings) Ltd in 1986 which in turn sold it in May 2003.
Linked to the Group is a self-administered pension fund: The Grange Trust. A number of the properties are held by this entity.
